Welcome to the Estonian Student Company Trade Fair 2027!

Estonia’s biggest Student Company Trade Fair is set for 5th to 7th February.

Over the course of two days, you’ll find more than 440 Student Companies showcasing and selling their products and services across two shopping centers.

Step inside a modern workspace to experience Estonia’s unique and professional work culture firsthand.

During the visit, you will tour the facilities, discover how daily operations run, and learn about the industry insights that drive local success. Company visit concludes with an interactive questions-and-answers where you can connect directly with the team, share ideas, and explore potential future career pathways.

Trade Fair information

  • Trade Fair is two-day event, what will happen simultaneously in two different Shopping Centres. Forgein Student Comapnies will be in Rocca al Mare Shopping Center on 6th February (over 440 Student Companies in total during two days). From the organizer side is provided:

    • Stand with walls 1x1x h2,5m. For attaching something on the stand one-sided tape, “office tape” or a sticker can be used. Double-sided tape, glue, staples, screws, nails, etc. are not allowed.

    • Table, height 110cm, diameter 80cm, covered with black stretch tablecloth.

    • Electricity (if requested beforehand). Please note, if electricity is requested, students must bring their own extension cord (minimum 5m long) and must have at least one extra socket, what will not be used by the Student Company.

  • During the Trade Fair jury will go around and will choose the best companies in following categories:

    • Best product/service

    • Highest turnover

    • Best sales strategy

    • Most outstanding Sales Stand

    • Best International potential

    • and more

    Also, during the Trade Fair, there will be Innovation Competition held. Student Company will present a 2-minute speech to the jury, highlighting what is innovative about their Student Company’s product or service. The speech will be delivered through a microphone. No computer presentation will be used in the competition.

  • In a single room – 450€ (per person)

    Price is valid until 23 November 2026

    After 23 November participation fee will be 530€. Final registration day is 21 December 2026.
